  1. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
    Apple Creek Whitetails ("Sponsor") invites you to submit your hunting experience using the "Tag N Bag Scents - Doe In Heat " scent bags during the 2010 Hunting Season (approximately 11/12/10 through 01/31/2011), for an opportunity to win 1 of 2 Grand Prizes, a 200" Trophy Whiteail Hunt - lodging included, at Apple Creek Whitetails in Gillett, WI. The Sponsor will be giving away (2) 200" 3-Day Guided Trophy Whitetail Hunts on their 1,500 acre hunting preserve in Gillett, WI. Two Grand Prize winners will be chosen by the following 1). For the biggest and best looking whitetail deer harvested using the Bag N Tag Scent Product via photo or video submission available on theTrophyHuntingChannel's website after 11/12/10 through 01/31/11. 2). For the best hunting story and or experience using the Bag N Tag Scent Product via written or video submission available on theTrophyHuntingChannel's website after 11/12/10 through 01/31/11.
  2. ELIGIBILITY:
    Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older that registered to receive a FREE Tag N Bag Scents - Doe In Heat scent pack during the 25,000 Bag N Tag Giveaway Promotion. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. Employees of theTrophyHuntingChannel.com, Ranch and Wilderness Productions, and Apple Creek Whitetails, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) of each are not eligible. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  3. TERMS OF SUBMISSION:
    TheTrophyHuntingChannel website maintain a contest submission page that will allow users to upload photos, videos and post text once they have received their login information for purpose of contest submission via email after a successful free trial order request. Submission formats will be limited to website's submission capabilities (available formats listed on contest login page). A email notification will be sent to entrant after his/her contest submission was successfully received by theTrophyHuntingChannel's website.
    - Entrants agree to be bound by and accept theTrophyHuntingChannel Terms of Service available at www.thetrophyhuntingchannel.com/terms.php
    - Submission must be in English
    - Video Submissions must not be longer than 3 minutes in length.
    - Submissions cannot have been submitted or won a prize or award in a previous contest of any kind.

    SUBMISSION CANNOT CONTAIN ANY COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS, INCORPORATE OF REFERENCE ANYTHING THAT IS OWNED BY ANY THIRD PARTY OR ENTITY OR WOULD REQUIRE THE CONSENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY OR ENTITY IN ANY JURISDICTION.
  1. VOTING TO DETERMINE THE GRAND PRIZE WINNERS:
    The staff of theTrophyHuntingChannel.com, Ranch and Wilderness Productions and Sponsor will vote on all materials submitted at the end of contest submission period to determine the Grand Prize Winners.
  2. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
    Each 200" 3-Day Guided Trophy Whitetail Hunt is valued at approximately $15,000 per harvested hunt.
  3. NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS:
    ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  4. PRIVACY POLICY:
    Any personal information supplied by Entrant in this Contest will be subject to theTrophyHuntingChannel's privacy policy posted at www.thetrophyhuntingchannel.com/policies.php. Unless prohibited by theTrophyHuntingChannel's privacy policy or by law, by entering the Contest, entrant grants theTrophyHuntingChannel permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with Sponsor for the purposes of judging and prize fulfillment.

    For the names of the winners or to view the winning Submissions, visit www.theTrophyHuntingChannel.com or www.applecreekranch.com beginning on or about 02/01/11 through 03/15/11.
